Q--How do I go about holding a date for my party?
A--You will need to leave a fifty percent deposit either by credit card or paypal payments. But we will also accept checks and money orders. Checks must arrive at least ten days in advance of your event.
Q--How is the balance paid for?
A--Cash or check with a credit card back-up the day of your party.
Q--I have booked a party and now its raining. What are your company policies for cancellation?
A--You can schedule a rain date in advance or if you choose you can use your deposit for another date.
Q--What happens in the event should a performer not be able to make it to the party?
A--Hopefully this is never the case, but our company tries to rectify the problem in a timely manner with a back-up performer available. And if not, then your deposit is fully refundable with a discount on a future order.
Q--Are deposits refundable due to the acts of nature?
Q--How far in advance should I book for my event?
A--We usually advise up to two to three weeks in advance but if its a last minute order we will not turn you away but accommodate you.
Q--Are you insured?
A--Yes. All of our attractions are fully insured.
Q--Do we need an attendant with your moon walks?
A--No, we can drop-off and set-up and pick-up after your party is over. You will have to sign a waiver leaving us with no responsibility since we are not present due to the possibility of injury
Q--Who should I call if there is a problem with the performance?
A--Call the company immediately. There is always someone available to assist you with any situation that should arise at your party.
